How It Works

A request for a quote is received from the client outlining the destruction scope required.

A method of destruction is determined and a quote outlining charges and any rebate is provided to the client based on requirements. The quote is then approved by the client.

Our dedicated team liaise with the client and arrange transport with an accredited secure transport company to collect the items to be delivered for destruction.

Our dedicated team supply all paperwork required to transport the items for destruction.

Our dedicated team notify the yard of the load receival date.

The truck will enter the weighbridge, a ticket is created and the weight is recorded. When received an automated ticket is generated and emailed to the client. Items are then unloaded and destroyed.

If requested, photos are taken throughout the destruction process as evidence for the client.

A Certificate of Destruction is generated, dated, and signed, and includes the ticket number, any client-required reference details, and a list of the items destroyed.
